Chipper RM180T Antistress side with hydraulic feed is a rotary-type tractor-mounted wood chipper, designed for professional processing of roundwood, branches and wood waste into technological chips. The equipment combines high productivity, a powerful hydraulic system and an innovative “Antistress” system, which protects the tractor from overload and significantly extends its service life.

Chipper RM180T Antistress is an effective solution for woodworking enterprises, farms, municipal services, logging companies and biofuel producers. Thanks to the side loading and the possibility of attaching a trailer, the shredder provides convenient and continuous operation even in difficult operating conditions.

The main feature of the RM180T model is the anti-stress system, which automatically controls the load on the tractor. A speed sensor is installed on the crankshaft, which constantly monitors the operation of the power take-off shaft. When the engine speed is at the optimum level, the system automatically activates the material feed rollers to the cutting disc. If the load on the tractor increases and the speed drops below the set value, the sensor transmits a signal to the hydraulic valve, which temporarily stops the feed rollers. This allows the tractor to restore speed and avoid engine overload.

This system is especially important for small and medium-power tractors, as it allows for stable operation without the risk of damage to the equipment. The anti-stress system significantly reduces wear on tractor components, saves fuel and increases the efficiency of the chipper.

The RM180T wood chipper is equipped with a rotary disc with a diameter of 875 mm with three knives and provides a productivity of 2–4 tons per hour or up to 16 m³ of chips. The equipment effectively processes wood with a diameter of up to 180 mm, forming chips of the following fractions:

length – 15–40 mm;
width – 10–20 mm;
thickness – 5–10 mm.

The resulting chips are used for the production of fuel pellets, briquettes, biofuels, as well as for combustion in solid fuel boilers. To obtain an even smaller fraction, it is recommended to use a hammer crusher from F-Z Ukraine.

The RM180T chipper has its own hydraulic system, a horizontal loading hopper and a rotating discharge pipe with a rotation angle of 360°. The maximum height of the chips is 3 meters, which allows easy loading of the material into trailers or containers.
