Chipper RM160T direct from F-Z Ukraine is a professional tractor-mounted disc wood chipper, designed for the effective processing of roundwood, branches, sawn timber trimmings and large wood waste into high-quality technological chips. The equipment is ideal for woodworking enterprises, farms, municipal services, logging companies and biofuel production.

Tractor chipper RM160T is a mobile mounted equipment that operates from the tractor's power take-off shaft. The material is fed through the tractor's hydraulic system, which ensures stable operation, safe loading and high productivity even under heavy loads. Thanks to its well-thought-out design and powerful knife mechanism, the chipper effectively processes wood with a diameter of up to 180 mm.

The RM160T wood chipper is equipped with a disc knife mechanism with a diameter of 875 mm with a rotation frequency of 1000 rpm. The chipper can be equipped with 2 or 3 knives, depending on the customer's needs and the required productivity. The equipment provides a productivity of 2–4 tons per hour or up to 16 m³ of chips, which makes it an effective solution for enterprises with a large volume of wood waste.

The RM160T straight chipper forms chips of the optimal fraction for subsequent drying, granulation and briquetting. The output fraction sizes are:

length – 15–40 mm;
width – 10–20 mm;
thickness – 5–10 mm.

To obtain an even finer and more uniform fraction for the production of fuel pellets or briquettes, it is recommended to additionally use a hammer crusher from F-Z Ukraine.

The horizontal loading hopper provides a comfortable feed of the material, and the discharge pipe with a rotation angle of 360° allows you to conveniently direct the chips into a vehicle or storage hopper. The maximum height of the chips is 3 meters, which greatly facilitates the operator's work.
