Electric chipper RM180E is a modern high-performance rotary-type wood chipper, designed for the effective processing of roundwood, branches, sawnwood scraps and large lumpy wood waste into high-quality technological chips. The company F-Z Ukraine (Ф-З Україна), Lviv, manufactures professional woodworking equipment for enterprises in the woodworking industry, the production of fuel pellets, briquettes, biofuels and heating chips.

The RM180E wood chipper is a powerful electric disc-type chipper with 2 or 3 knives, which provides stable operation, high productivity and uniform chip fraction. The equipment is equipped with an A200L6U3 electric motor with a capacity of 30 kW, which allows it to work efficiently even under heavy loads. Due to its stationary design, the RM180E wood chipper is ideal for production workshops, woodworking enterprises and fuel pellet and briquette production lines.

The RM180E disc chipper has a knife disc with a diameter of 875 mm with a rotation speed of 1000 rpm, which ensures high-quality crushing of wood with a diameter of up to 180 mm. The equipment’s productivity ranges from 4 to 8 tons per hour, which makes this electric wood chipper the optimal solution for enterprises with large volumes of wood waste.

The RM180E wood chipper is equipped with a hydraulic material feed system, which guarantees uniform operation and safe loading of wood. The horizontal loading hopper provides comfortable feed of raw materials, and the discharge pipe with a 360° rotation angle allows you to conveniently direct the flow of chips to the desired location. The maximum height of the chip ejection is 3 meters.

The resulting wood chips are used for further crushing, drying and production of fuel pellets and briquettes, as well as for burning in solid fuel boilers. To obtain the ideal fraction of chips for pelleting, it is recommended to additionally use a hammer crusher from F-Z Ukraine.
