This 2-in-1 disk-drum crushing complex of the DK series is an ideal solution for processing large wood waste (branches, logs, boards up to 230 mm wide, logs up to Ø220 mm) into small fractions (sawdust 2-5 mm). This allows you to obtain material ready for granulation, briquetting, use as fuel for boilers, production of sawdust, pallet bars, and more.

• Type: Stationary.
• Drive: Powerful 45-55 kW electric motor with 1000 rpm.
• Disc: Equipped with 3 knives and 1 counter knife. The diameter of the disk is 800 mm, the thickness is 40 mm.
• Hydraulic system: Loading hopper with two tightening rollers, each with a separate hydraulic drive and stress shock system. The oil flow regulator allows you to adjust the feed rate of raw materials.
• Drum: With 86 hammers, one screen with 5 mm holes (other sizes possible).
• Automation: Control panel with automatic regulator of voltage and hydraulics.
• Discharge: Pneumatic through a cyclone with a 5.5 kW motor and a frequency of 3000 rpm.
